Do you have a sweet tooth ?
Birthday cakes, wedding cakes and most cakes in general tend to be very heavy in texture and are sickly in taste. It’s often impossible to finish more than one slice.
Last year I came across a new shop near by university named: Cake Box. It looked very interesting and the sight of the desserts drew me closer to the store's window. Today I entered the bakery and I purchased some of their desserts.
Cake Box produces cakes that are suitable for 'lacto vegetarians' and can be ideal for those who are allergic to eggs. Their products are much healthier and they are very affordable. I am very impressed by their price and quality. Therefore in the future whenever celebrations approach, I will consider Cake Box as one of my main options. I hope Cake Box gains a better position in the market because their products are absolutely amazing.
If you are interested in trying their desserts, Cake Box operated in different locations across the UK. Check out the website for further information: https://www.eggfreecake.co.uk/

“I have been trying to switch my diet to vegetarian and focused on the consumption of fruit and vegetables, rather than meat. The production of dairy products such as meat and cheese, has become very unethical due to the high demands in the market. Cows are tortured and forced to produce milk and in my opinion this is a selfish and barbaric human behavior. In my opinion, the concept of humans drinking another animal’s milk, has always been a bit strange. We are the only mammals that choose to do this. I believe a cow's milk is meant to be for her baby calf, not another human being. I am also puzzled by our disturbed perception that drinking another animals' milk is far more acceptable that drinking human milk.
Personally I really dislike the taste of milk overall, because since I was a baby my mother told me that I refused to drink it, therefore it has always been a product that never really entered my mouth. However, I do like a lot of the products that are made from milk e.g. chocolate and ice cream
I have been trying to switch to vegan dessert however their are often hard to find. Local store are either limited in their vegan range or their prices tend to be quite high. This can also be very challenging for a students and those living under a limited budget.
My studies in marketing have truly opened my eyes in regards to production and manufacturing of goods. As a result, I have become more rational when it comes to purchasing, by choosing products that do not harm others or that do not damage the environment.
I hope to teach and help others live a better lifestyle ".
Now lets get back to cakes...
Here are some recipes of how you can make your own vegan cake. Its super easy.
